Pink Almond strides to provide the very best first class customer service  How ever we are not 

 responsible for any lost, delayed or damaged  items through shipping. All items are shipped through USPS and take around 3-7 business days. You will be emailed your tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

All sales are final. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES unless you have received a defective item and have contacted me through email to verify that the issue occurred due to manufacturing.
